ADTS, Inc. is a nationwide provider of drug and alcohol testing services, supporting safety-sensitive industries with fast, reliable, and compliant testing solutions. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our Ukiah team as a Customer Care Representative / Drug Testing Technician.
Position Summary:
This role combines customer service and technical responsibilities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with clients, handling sensitive situations, and performing regulated testing procedures with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist clients in a professional manner
- Greet and check in clients at the office
- Perform urine drug screen collections and breath alcohol testing
- Accurately enter and maintain client data and records
- Support general clerical and administrative tasks
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or clerical experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
Preferred (not required):
- Experience with drug testing collections (DOT or NON-DOT)
- Background in a medical office or occupational health setting
Physical & Work Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable handling biological specimens
- Professional demeanor in sensitive or high-stress situations
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
