What You Will Do
Consult with borrowers regarding purchase and refinance mortgage options
Analyze borrower qualifications and recommend strong financing solutions
Match clients with competitive mortgage products through our wholesale lending partners
Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing
Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the loan process
Work closely with processors, underwriters, and operations teams to help ensure smooth closings
Maintain compliance with all federal and state mortgage lending regulations
What We Are Looking For
Active NMLS License required
Mortgage origination experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sales-driven mindset with a desire to grow production
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Compensation
Expected earnings: $80,000 - $300,000+ annually
