We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Program Director to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of impactful programs that serve individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Oversee daily program operations, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in social work and behavioral health.
- Manage program budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
- Supervise program staff and direct service providers, fostering a positive team environment through mentorship, performance evaluations, and ongoing training.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, families, community agencies, healthcare providers, and funding sources to enhance service delivery and expand program reach.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous quality improvement based on client feedback and outcome data.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, documentation standards, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to facilitate community engagement initiatives and advocacy efforts.
- Maintain detailed administrative records including client files, incident reports, progress notes, and program metrics.
- Lead efforts in behavioral health interventions by integrating evidence-based practices into program offerings.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a social services or behavioral health setting, preferably working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Demonstrated success in program development from inception to execution with measurable outcomes.
- Supervisory experience leading diverse teams of professionals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship management skills to build partnerships within the community and foster collaborative initiatives.
- Extensive administrative experience including budgeting, documentation compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles as they relate to developmental disabilities is highly desirable.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
