SUMMARY: Grover Gaming is looking to hire an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team in Indiana, IN. Experienced warehouse professional with 4–6 years of experience, including leadership responsibilities, overseeing inventory management, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations while maintaining high standards for accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing electronic gaming machines (EGMs), managing RMA processes, and utilizing diagnostic tools to identify root causes and improve repair turnaround times. Proven ability to train and mentor warehouse technicians, enforce EHS and organizational standards, and lead day-to-day operations with minimal supervision. Strong background in inventory tracking systems such as Oracle and Salesforce, with experience in process improvement methodologies including LEAN, Kaizen, and 5S. Demonstrates excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with the ability to coordinate deliveries, operate warehouse equipment safely, and escalate operational issues when necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and perform inventory management, including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and root‑cause analysis to maintain inventory accuracy.
Serve as the primary point of contact for RMA tracking, repairs, and replacements; ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.
Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving activities for internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, proper packaging, and on‑time fulfillment.
Lead advanced troubleshooting and repair of EGMs, including diagnosing recurring issues and determining repair vs. replacement decisions.
Utilize and guide others in the proper use of diagnostic tools, test equipment, and repair procedures.
Provide day‑to‑day guidance and informal training to warehouse technicians; mentor new hires on processes, safety, and quality standards.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts as needed, while ensuring safe operation by team members.
Maintain and enforce warehouse organization, cleanliness, and EHS standards.
Identify process improvement opportunities related to inventory accuracy, repair turnaround time, and warehouse efficiency.
Escalate operational issues, shortages, or risks to the Supervisor with recommended corrective actions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 4–6 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a senior, lead, or managment role.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. Experience with Kaizen, LEAN, or 5S strongly preferred.
Proven experience guiding, training, or mentoring warehouse technicians or new hires.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and escalate issues appropriately.
Advanced organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail, particularly related to inventory accuracy, documentation, and repairs.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience operating box trucks or route trucks, with the ability to coordinate deliveries and pickups independently.
Proficient in warehouse systems, inventory tracking, and documentation processes; ability to coach others on proper system usage. (Oracle & Salesforce preferred)
Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices, material handling equipment, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and accountability; serves as a role model for work ethic and quality standards.
Ability to make day‑to‑day operational decisions and know when to escalate issues to leadership.
Ability to obtain DOT medical card (non-CDL)
