Property Specialist
Location: Tahoe Getaways – North Lake Tahoe & Truckee Region
Compensation: $25–$28/hour DOE + PTO + 401(k) + bonus potential + perks

Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Property Specialist to join our Operations Team. This role is essential to ensuring our properties meet the highest standards for guest and owner arrivals. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed property inspections to ensure homes meet company standards
- Prepare homes for guest and owner arrivals (light staging, touch-ups, etc.)
- Perform light property maintenance and troubleshooting
- Service hot tubs and spas (training provided if needed)
- Perform seasonal light landscaping and carpet/upholstery cleaning
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors and guests as needed
What We're Looking For:
- A proactive team player with a “no job too big or too small” mindset
- Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve on the fly
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of residential property operations
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and shoveling snow.
Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality, hotel or property maintenance, construction, or spa care
- Familiarity with property management or work order tracking software
- Knowledge of the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee area
Schedule:
This role requires weekend and holiday availability. This specific schedule reports Thursday – Sunday, 10 hour days.
