What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be the right-hand technician assisting the truck driver/operator. You’ll be hands-on with the equipment to safely expose underground utilities using high-pressure water and vacuum systems.
- Rig Up & Prep: Help set up hoses, wands, and safety equipment on the job site.
- Precision Digging: Operate the hydrovac wand and vacuum hose to safely excavate around buried utility lines.
- Site Safety: Act as a spotter for the driver, monitor the work area, and ensure a safe environment.
- Maintenance: Help clean and maintain the truck, tools, and equipment at the end of the day.
What We’re Looking For
- License: Valid standard Driver’s License with reliable transportation to get to and from work (No CDL required).
- Experience: Construction, landscaping, or manual labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Grit: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs regularly).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a focus on safety.
