We are currently seeking energetic, self-motivated RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATES (part-time/full-time) who have a passion for handbags and fashion accessories to join our team at our Kingʻs Shops location in Waikoloa Village.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Utilize retail math to assist in pricing and promotions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and promote sales through effective merchandising techniques.
We're looking for the following skills and experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in Retail sales, preferably in women's clothing, fashion, or related industries.
- A friendly, pleasant approach to customer service with ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers
- Excellent listening skills with ability to assess customer needs and adjust sales style appropriately
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Must be able to use computer on a daily basis
- Ability to lift 35 lbs boxes of merchandise if needed
