We are opening a new Qdoba located in the Oak Grove area and are seeking dependable, hands-on Restaurant Assistant Managers to support our daily operations and help build a strong team culture from the ground up. Our upcoming Oak Grove location is expected to open mid-May.
This is a working leadership role — you will lead shifts, coach the team, and also jump in wherever needed, including front line, prep, and grill.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead shifts and ensure smooth daily operations
- Coach and develop team members
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and labor management
- Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences
- Step into any position as needed (line, register, prep, grill)
- Support back-of-house operations, including cooking and food prep.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3 years of restaurant or retail leadership experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Willingness to be fully hands-on and work alongside the team
- Ability to work in both front-of-house and back-of-house roles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable, accountable, and team-focused
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is not a “stand back and manage” position. Our Restaurant Assistant Managers are actively involved in daily operations and set the tone for the team through effort, attitude, and leadership on the floor.
