We are currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Repair team. The ideal candidates for this position should have a passion for people, comfort footwear, problem solving and enjoy working in a professional, friendly environment. Repair Service Advisors are responsible for assisting customers with their repair needs. This includes consultations with clients to determine best course of action for repairs, assisting clients with pick-up of completed repairs, completing small "in-house" repair jobs on-site, helping support the sales team as needed, and completing other tasks assigned by store management team that help with overall store operations in our retail setting.
