We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join our team our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will have a strong machine shop background and be able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC lathes with limited supervision
- Read and interpret route sheets and engineering drawings
- Set up and run production jobs accurately
- Inspect parts during production to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete inspection sheets and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform adjustments as needed to maintain part quality
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of CNC Lathe/Machine Shop experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience using inspection tools and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
