Job Summary
Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport Hotel is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and make reservations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-shift reports.
- Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel policies.
- Assist with other front desk duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer and telephone skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
