Pest Control Technician
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and educating customers on pest control measures.
- Conduct inspections to identify and assess pest infestations, working closely with our team to develop effective pest management strategies.
- Safely apply pest control treatments, following industry regulations and our company's guidelines.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure efficient scheduling, route planning, and timely completion of service requests.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to enhance your expertise.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a high degree of personal accountability.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about pests and effective treatment methods.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices is a plus; however, we provide comprehensive training and support.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
- Educate customers on preventive measures to minimize future pest issues, emphasizing our dedication to supporting them.
- Provide detailed written reports to document findings, treatments, and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to obtain and maintain required TDA licensing and certification requirements and exams.
- Present a professional appearance by wearing an approved BBK Pest uniform.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with flexibility to accommodate customer service requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
