As an Entry-Level Retail Marketing Lead, you'll represent both the BellaVant name and major brands like AT&T inside our retail partner locations while building the professional skills, confidence, and leadership foundation needed for long-term career success. What You'll Do
- Represent AT&T products and services inside partnered retail locations.
- Build genuine connections with customers through professional, consultative conversations.
- Educate customers on wireless products and services that best fit their needs.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first interaction through the sale.
- Develop valuable communication, sales, marketing, and leadership skills through hands-on experience.
- Support team initiatives while contributing to individual and company performance goals.

Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Thursday–Monday | 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Location: In-office and in-store at retail partner locations (100% in-person, minor traveling required)
