This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Site Manager, with opportunities across the East Coast and a home base in Pennsylvania.
The Site Manager leads framing, trim, and carpentry-focused projects from start to finish—keeping jobs on track, crews and materials aligned, and communication flowing between the field, builders, and internal teams. This role is hands-on with site coordination and focused on making sure each project runs efficiently, stays on schedule, and meets quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day progress on framing and trim projects, ensuring work meets Fine Line’s standards for quality, safety, and schedule.
- Coordinate with site managers, field crews, and subcontractors to troubleshoot issues quickly and keep jobs moving.
- Review plans, drawings, and scopes to ensure accuracy and completeness before and throughout each phase of construction.
- Act as the main point of contact between the field and the builder, maintaining clear, consistent communication.
- Lead hand-off meetings, site walks, and job closeouts to keep all teams aligned from start to finish.
- Provide leadership in the field—coaching crews, reinforcing accountability, and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Partner with estimating, scheduling, and logistics teams to ensure materials, labor, and timelines are aligned with project needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field with 1+ year of project management experience
OR
- 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven background in construction project management, superintendent roles, or carpentry leadership within framing, trim, or residential construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and field coordination—especially wood framing and finish carpentry
- Solid communication and leadership skills; able to build trust with crews, subs, and builders
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, scopes, and site plans
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with construction tools/tech (Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar) is a plus
Additional Requirements
This position requires the ability to work extended hours in a field environment and perform duties in varying weather conditions. Employees must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle, read and interpret construction plans and specifications, and stand or walk for extended periods of time. The role requires frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing ladders, as well as working at varying heights and navigating active construction sites. Employees must also be able to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 75 pounds.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
