About the Role
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Technician, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-precision components that meet rigorous industry standards. You will leverage your technical expertise in fabrication and quality assurance to drive production efficiency and ensure every finished part meets our exacting quality benchmarks.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex fabrication tasks using power presses, manual kick presses, and specialized welding or brazing equipment.

Perform meticulous quality inspections under a microscope to ensure adherence to strict tolerances and specifications.

Interpret detailed blueprints and technical documentation to guide the accurate assembly and formation of wire mesh components.

Maintain production equipment, including lathes, CNC machines, and grinders, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Validate part compliance by utilizing precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and go/no-go gages.

Manage digital workflow tracking by scanning jobs into our internal system to maintain accurate production logs and inventory data.

Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to all PPE requirements and operational protocols.

Prepare finished goods for distribution, ensuring all items are packaged and handled according to quality standards.
Qualifications-
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

Demonstrated proficiency in reading technical blueprints and utilizing precision measurement instruments.

Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to pass a basic math assessment.

Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.

1-2 years of hands-on experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.

Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards.

Experience with CNC tooling, machine setups, and routine tool and die maintenance.

Proven ability to perform delicate soldering or microscopic inspection tasks.
