Director, J‑1 Intern/Trainee Program
International Cultural Exchange Services (ICES) – Full‑time | From $60,000/year
ICES is seeking an experienced leader to manage and grow our J‑1 Intern/Trainee Program. The Director oversees program operations, compliance, SEVIS management, and partner relations, ensuring high‑quality experiences for participants and host organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead program development, marketing, and partner outreach
- Oversee application processing, matching, and participant support
- Maintain SEVIS records and issue DS‑2019/DS‑7002 forms
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and submit required State Department reports
- Monitor evaluations, respond to incidents, and oversee insurance enrollment
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in J‑1 Intern and Trainee program management as RO/ARO
- Business development and B2B partnership experience
- Strong systems/process development skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- Based in Henderson, NV (Remote considered)
- International study/work/volunteer experience
