EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL MOVERS / CREW LEADERS WANTED — TAMPA
Brothers EZ Moving is looking for EXPERIENCED professional movers.
This is not an entry-level moving position. We are looking for people who already know the moving business and take pride in being professionals.
YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO:
- Safely drive, back up, maneuver and park a 26-foot box truck
- Properly load and unload a moving truck
- Know how to stack and secure a load so furniture arrives safely
- Move heavy furniture, appliances and difficult pieces
- Handle stairs without complaining
- Properly pad, wrap and protect furniture
- Protect floors, walls, doors and customers' homes
- Understand and use moving equipment correctly
- Keep track of moving supplies and materials
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Explain paperwork and valuation/insurance information correctly
- Recognize discrepancies between an inventory and what is actually in the customer's home
- Understand cubic feet and basic moving math
- Accurately identify when a customer's actual inventory is substantially different from what was quoted
- Take good job photos and document issues when necessary
- Work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Help produce 5-star customer experiences and reviews

DON'T MAKE EXCUSES.
If something gets damaged, we want someone who takes accountability.
If a customer has a concern, we want someone who communicates instead of avoiding the customer.
If the job is harder than expected, we want someone who figures out how to get it done.
If there are three flights of stairs and a house full of heavy furniture, we want someone who says “Let's get to work.”
We are especially interested in experienced movers who have the ability to become a LEAD MOVER / CREW LEADER.
The right person should eventually be capable of being handed a truck, a helper, a customer's information and a schedule and being trusted to professionally handle the job from beginning to end.
