Responsibilities
- Provide dynamic leadership and strategic direction to multiple store managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee daily operations across all locations within your district, including sales performance, customer service quality, and process adherence.
- Develop and execute business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue streams.
- Manage profit and loss statements for each store, analyzing financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and cost savings.
- Lead project management efforts for store renovations, new openings, or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise staff recruitment, training programs, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.
- Drive continuous process improvements by analyzing operational workflows and implementing best practices to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience with a track record of leading diverse teams in a retail or service environment.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities that motivate teams to achieve targets and uphold high standards of service.
- Experience managing profit & loss statements, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Skilled in supervising staff recruitment, training, and performance management processes.

Pay: $66,951.84 - $80,630.16 per year
