Maintenance Supervisor
$28–$30/hour + Bonus Opportunities
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8AM–5PM
Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation is required
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee and participate in daily maintenance operations throughout the property
- Supervise and support maintenance team members
- Complete work orders, repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit turns
- Coordinate priorities and daily maintenance needs with the Community Manager
- Ensure vacant units are completed and rent-ready in a timely manner
- Conduct inspections of apartment homes, buildings, grounds, and common areas
- Maintain the overall cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of the property
- Coordinate with vendors and oversee quality and completion of contracted work
- Manage maintenance inventory, tools, and supplies
- Participate in the emergency on-call rotation and respond to urgent maintenance needs as required
- Provide professional and responsive customer service to residents and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience
- Multifamily maintenance experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general building systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable transportation and valid Washington State Driver’s License required
- Basic maintenance tools required
