Hospital-based Radiation Oncology department with 2 treatment rooms

Equipment includes Varian Trilogy and TrueBeam linear accelerators

2 therapists assigned per machine

Adult oncology patient population covering all diagnosis types; no pediatric cases

Monday–Friday day shift, 8:00–16:30 (8-hour shifts), 40 hours per week

No weekend, call, or floating requirements

Active Virginia (VA) RT license required for consideration

ARRT (T) certification required

Current BLS certification required

Minimum of 2 years of radiation therapy experience required

Orientation conducted by the department lead therapist on day one

Ceil blue scrubs required

No holiday or on-call obligations
