We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to own the day-to-day accounting operations across our family of service companies. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable managing the full transaction cycle — from billing and collections through reconciliation and close — and who can bring rigor to intercompany accounting across multiple related entities. All of our companies operate on QuickBooks, so proficiency with the platform is essential.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in the weeds of transactional work and in the higher-level judgment calls that keep a multi-entity structure clean and audit-ready.

- Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and on schedule, with timely follow-up on outstanding items

Reconciliations
- Perform monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve reconciling items promptly

- Prepare intercompany eliminations and support consolidated reporting

- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries
- Assist with the monthly close process and the preparation of financial statements
- Support year-end close and provide documentation to external accountants/auditors
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Establish, document, and refine accounting processes and controls as business needs evolve
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate routine workflows
- Adapt procedures to support new entities, systems, or reporting requirements as the business grows
