An Services Mentor is someone who's reliable, energetic, positive and fun, who plans and implements after school activities, getting to know and positively impact amazing our senior community with a mentorship connection in a variety of creative/fun and leadership driven ways! We're looking for someone who understands servant leadership; it's ATAP's foundation and structure! Oh did we mention we have a payroll system that provides a feature for our teams to get paid DAILY?
This position starts out at $20.00 per hour, 3 hours per week assigned to provide Senior Services at Kings Crossing Apartments in Atwater, CA.
Although limited hours, we see the position STILL able to make a huge impact in the lives of those in the community. The position is great for someone who has flexibility in their schedule, looking to make a difference in lives without a full time commitment. We look forward to reviewing your resumes! - Do you have reliable transportation? (personal vehicle)
- Within all of our senior programs, we conduct wellness visits with each of our seniors in the community. This is a simple visit meeting residents at their doors (not inside, at their front door) to see how the resident is doing and if they are in need of resources. Are you comfortable with this portion of the position?
- Mentorship is a cornerstone at ATAP; it's what drives everything we do. Do you have a mentors heart and if so, what does that mean to you?
