Cotton Hollow Kitchen is seeking a dependable and hardworking full-time Dishwasher to join our team. This position is essential to the success of our kitchen operations and is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area throughout the shift
- Properly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
- Assist with trash removal, recycling, and general cleaning duties
- Support kitchen staff with basic prep and stocking tasks as needed
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors as required
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
- Assist with closing and deep-cleaning duties
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required
