Jungle Kingdom Flower Company is looking for energetic, customer-focused Budtenders to join our growing team. Duties
- Welcome and assist customers with an exceptional shopping experience
- Educate customers on flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, pre-rolls, and accessories
- Make personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Verify customer identification and maintain compliance with all New York State cannabis regulations
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Retail, hospitality, or cannabis experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for learning about cannabis products and staying up to date with industry trends
