Skills/Requirements of the Multi-unit operator
- Meet/exceed annual P&L objectives, with a focus on top-line sales, productivity, and production management
- Ability to develop, coach, and train managers and staff
- Ensure restaurant leaders are hiring/retaining team members to help improve productivity
- Follow budgets for assigned location in alignment with company goals
- Ensure that the strictest standards of sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness are practiced in every restaurant

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
