About Serafim K9
I'm Arthur Serafim, founder of Serafim K9. I train dogs and their owners to get real, lasting results — calm, confident, obedient dogs — and I share that work with a community of 250,000+ followers across social media. I'm hiring one trainer to learn my system directly from me and grow into running client work independently.
How the role works
You'll start with a paid, roughly one-month mentorship, training side by side with me — learning my methods, my client process, and how I get the results my reputation is built on. Once you've got the system down, you'll take on your own clients, both in person around Austin and through virtual coaching.
What you'll do
- Run obedience and behavior training sessions using my system (not a generic, one-size-fits-all approach)
- Coach owners as much as the dogs — clear communication and people skills are essential
- Manage your own client relationships, sessions, and follow-ups professionally
- Uphold the Serafim K9 standard in every single session
Who I'm looking for
- Real hands-on experience working with dogs (you don't need to know everything — you need to be coachable and obsessed with getting better)
- Willing to learn
- Excellent with people, reliable, and professional
- Based in or able to relocate to Austin, TX; open to both in-person and remote work
- Wants this as a career, not a side gig
