This position is suitable for someone that would like to be General Contractor. We are a General Contractor that specializes in insurance related claims as result of water, fire or mold damage to residential and commercial properties. We also perform roofing and chosen remodels such as additions. Quarterly bonus opportunities based on production.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards
- Communicate with clients.
- Training opportunity in Xactimate to be an estimator possible after one year of good standing employment.
Qualifications:
- Construction/Restoration knowledge
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions
- Valid driver's license / Clean record
- Xactimate knowledge would be a plus.
