Restaurant Manager

- Assist the GM in all aspects of food hall operations, including managing staff, finances, and guest relations.
- Supervise and support the managers and teams of each concept and the central bar.
- Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, quality control, and customer service across all outlets.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management of food hall staff.
- Monitor sales, labor costs, and expenses, implementing strategies to optimize profitability.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for both guests and staff, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Support the GM in developing and implementing operational strategies and initiatives.
- Act as the point of contact in the GM's absence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Skills
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant management role.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management best practices.
- Familiarity with hospitality principles and customer service excellence.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices to ensure compliance.
- Experience with cash handling processes and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
