Production & Customer Service Team Member (Training in PSL / Working in Stuart)
Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Production & Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Edible Arrangements!
In this role, you’ll handle everything from crafting our signature fruit arrangements and gourmet dipped treats to providing top-notch customer service on the phone and in-store.
Important Location Note: Hands-on training will take place at our Port St. Lucie location. Once fully trained, your primary work location will be at our Stuart store!
Key Responsibilities
Fruit Prep & Dipping: Wash, peel, slice, and prep fresh fruit; dip gourmet fruit items in chocolate to high quality standards.
Order Building: Construct stunning fruit arrangements, bouquets, and platter orders accurately according to company designs.
Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls, take customer orders, answer inquiries, and assist walk-in guests with a friendly attitude.
Store Upkeep: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen and storefront (washing dishes, wiping counters, sweeping, and trash removal).
Inventory & Restocking: Keep prep stations stocked with supplies and fresh fruit throughout the day.
Requirements & Qualifications
Flexibility for Training: Ability to complete initial training at the Port St. Lucie store before transitioning to the Stuart store.
Positive Attitude: Great communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow food prep guidelines and aesthetic assembly standards closely.
Fast-Paced Worker: Thrives in a dynamic environment, especially during peak holiday rush periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.).
Physical Ability: Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs (boxes of fruit, ice, chocolate).
Must be at least 18 years old (due to equipment use).
