Position Overview: We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Associate with a background in aesthetics or cosmetic services. Your primary mission is to generate revenue by attracting new clients, building partnerships with local businesses, and driving outreach activities. This role combines remote lead generation and outreach with in-person engagement and community events. You’ll be responsible for achieving a monthly revenue target of at least $2,000 through a mix of consultations, product/service sales, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and close sales for aesthetic services and wellness packages.
- Conduct outbound outreach (phone calls, emails, messages) to prospects and current clients to promote treatments, memberships, and packages.
- Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, gyms, salons, dermatologists, and other partners to generate referrals.
- Schedule and conduct client consultations (virtual or in-person) to recommend tailored treatment plans.
- Present and upsell services and memberships; document outcomes and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM; track performance against monthly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the spa team to ensure a seamless client experience from inquiry to appointment.
- Attend local events, pop-ups, and community activities to increase brand visibility.
- Develop promotional ideas and campaigns to drive revenue (special offers, seasonal packages, referral programs).
- Provide excellent customer service; respond promptly to inquiries and manage client expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and materials used in outreach.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base: This is an independent contractor role with commission-based earnings tied to sales.
- Commission structure: Commission on service sales, product upsells, memberships, and referrals; accelerators for exceeding targets.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in aesthetics, beauty, cosmetic services, or a related sales role is required.
- Sales skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and manage a sales pipeline.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication; confident phone presence; excellent interpersonal skills.
- Tech: Comfortable using CRM software and basic office tools (email, spreadsheets).
- Time management: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Availability: Willing to work ~4 hours per week with flexibility for community events.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional beauty/aesthetics certifications a plus.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel locally for outreach events and partner meetings.
- Ability to perform in-person client meetings and demonstrations as needed.
- Must adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines and privacy standards.
Location and Schedule:
- Hybrid schedule: remote outreach and calls plus in-person appointments and community events.
- Estimated weekly hours: ~4 hours with flexible scheduling.
