What You'll Do
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Prioritize dishwashing needs by communicating with the culinary team.
- Ensure clean dishes, utensils, and cookware are available throughout service.
- Clean and sanitize dish stations, work surfaces, floors, floor mats, equipment, and trash areas.
- Remove trash and recycling and transport materials to dumpsters.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Support the culinary team wherever needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.
- Previous dishwashing or restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Stand and remain active for 8–12 hour shifts.
- Frequently bend, reach, and move throughout the kitchen.
- Work comfortably in hot, cold, wet, and fast-paced conditions.
- Safely work around commercial cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment.
Schedule
This is primarily an afternoon/evening position, with typical shifts from 3:00 PM–10:00 PM.
The club is:
- Closed every Monday during the golf season (except approximately ten outing Mondays each summer).
- Open only 4½ days per week from January through mid-March, providing an excellent seasonal work-life balance.
Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay: $14.00–$15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Full-time team members are eligible for:

Hiring Requirements
Applicants must successfully pass:
- A criminal background check (no felony convictions)
- A standard pre-employment drug screening. Marijuana is not considered a disqualifying factor for employment.
