HighLift Off-Road is looking for an organized, motivated Parts & Inventory Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily flow of parts throughout our shop. This position is critical to keeping our technicians productive, our inventory accurate, and our customers receiving orders on time.

What You'll DoReceiving & Inventory Management
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Label, organize, and bin inventory accurately.
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse, parts room, and inventory areas.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with full inventory counts.
- Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate vendor returns, warranties, and damaged merchandise.
Technician Job Staging
- Pull parts for scheduled service and installation jobs.
- Stage complete job carts before technicians begin work.
- Verify all required parts have arrived before scheduled appointments.
- Communicate shortages immediately to service advisors and management.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure jobs remain on schedule.
Online Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
- Process shipments through ShipStation and other shipping platforms.
- Coordinate freight shipments when necessary.
- Verify packaging quality and shipping accuracy.
- Monitor shipping deadlines to ensure same-day fulfillment whenever possible.
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain organized shelving and bin locations.
- Assist in developing efficient warehouse procedures.
- Keep receiving and shipping areas clean and safe.
- Help improve workflow and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Automotive or off-road industry experience preferred.
- Parts department, warehouse, or inventory management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and inventory software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Bonus Skills
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- QuickBooks Enterprise
- Lightspeed
- ShipStation
- Shopify
- Barcode inventory systems
- Forklift operation
- Automotive dealership or aftermarket parts experience

Compensation
$20–$30 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
