Job Responsibilities
- Groom and style pets per owner's instruction and/or according to breed standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to find out what they need
- Create a welcoming environment for dogs and their owners
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Ability to handle dogs behavior
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of grooming experience preferred
- Knowledge of grooming practices for wide range of dog sizes
- Scissoring skills
- Ability to lift dogs that weigh up to 90 pounds
- Calming presence to sooth dogs
- Great communication skills
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
