POSITION:
The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the Sales Manager with new membership sales by directing prospects to the studio and booking them into Complimentary Introductory Classes, as well as, being a shining example of our Core Values. You will also focus on meeting retail sales goals, maintaining high membership retention, and supporting and attending grassroots events hosted at or by the studio. Prior Pilates fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Possess excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills with a client centric approach
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
- Possesses computer skills and is eager to learn and use the Club Ready software,
- Slack, Powerhouse, etc.
- Able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone and e-mail
- Thrives under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
- Available for occasional travel (local)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Embody the Studio Core Values and help instill them in others
- Ensure a positive first impression at the studio by greeting members and prospects by name when they enter and checking in on them
- Provide Area Manager and Sales Manager with uplifting Social Media content: Birthday, Member Milestone, Live Class Footage Posts, etc.
- Attend weekly, biweekly or monthly meetings as scheduled
- Promote and support studio events in the studio or out in the community (grassroots events, fairs, marathons, Soft Opens, and Grand Opens, etc.)
- Execute a sales process from: lead generation to follow-up to close
- Establish a relationship with prospects and identify their needs and wants- sell with value, never price. What is their Why?
- Maintain focus on individual sales production
- Be an expert in all packages and offerings in order to educate and sell to membership and prospects
- Book quality appointments for complimentary introductory classes and ensure attendance
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the studio
- Other duties as assigned
