What You'll Do
- Operate production machinery and equipment following established procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
- Inspect products and equipment throughout production.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Follow all safety policies, company procedures, and operating standards.
- Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and routine cleaning.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to safely operate machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production facility.
- May include shift work, overtime, weekends, or holidays based on production needs.
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $14.00 - $20.50 per hour
