Browe Construction Company is seeking an experienced Concrete Field Operations Manager who possesses 4-7 years of experience. This role leads teams of supervisors, concrete finishers and concrete crew members in the NCDOT infrastructure/municipality arena.
Who you are:
How you will contribute:
* Read, interpret and execute blue prints, understand rebar layouts and ensure proper elevation
* Plan, coordinate & manage work, schedule, deadlines and production goals- various job sites & locations
* Lead training, development and succession planning for operations team
* Oversee traffic control, work zones and ensure safety and compliance
* Ensure a safe work environment
*Oversee installation of storm drains, drainage structures and pipework
Who you are/what you bring:
* Possess 3-5 years of concrete experience working in infrastructure/municipality scope
* Working knowledge of traffic control, work zones and lane closure/flagging operations
* Understand erosion control, clearing, grading, drainage solutions, grade and elevation
* Possess strong NCDOT code and regulatory compliance relative to sidewalk, curb, gutter, ramps, catch basin and other various concrete work scope
* Ability to shoot grade and calculate/achieve elevation
* Strategic leadership acumen working with diverse teams across multiple projects
* Possess required certifications: OSHA 30, Erosion Control level I & II, Work Zone Supervisor, Certified Flagger, etc.
* Bilingual a huge plus!
* Strong ability to prioritize and work through challenges
