Crossroads Courier is hiring an Operations Manager to lead one of our divisions in a fast-paced courier environment. You’ll run the operation like your own business: owning results, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement with the support of a growing organization.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution and isn’t afraid to jump in when needed.
Salary: $85,000 annually + benefits
Location: Multiple locations (Relocation required)
Schedule: Full-time | 24/7 operations leadership
What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day operations for one division

Drive efficiency, service levels, and growth

Coach and develop supervisors and frontline staff

Own P&L performance, budgets, and cost control

Track KPIs and lead process improvements

Maintain strong customer relationships and meet SLAs

Manage staffing, scheduling, and 24/7 coverage

Lead new account launches and implementations
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma and minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or courier operations (experience in other fast-paced industries may be considered).

Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience.

Experience with P&L ownership, budget management, and financial accountability.

Strong data driven, analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, and communicate across all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) with ability to learn new systems quickly.

Flexibility to travel as needed and occasionally jump in to make deliveries, ensuring our customers get their packages right when they need them.

Ability and willingness to travel frequently, including extended overnight travel, to support Crossroads Courier offices nationwide.

Flexibility to work from multiple locations and temporarily fill in where operational support is needed

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
