bd's Mongolian Grill is looking for a dedicated team player to join our back of house staff. We're specifically looking for Friday, Sunday and Tuesday nights with the possibility of earning more hours with good performance.
We are a higher volume restaurant looking to employ a professional dishwasher between. We use an Eco-lab dish conveyor system. The majority of our dishes are dining ware . There are some pots and pans and prep containers that need cleaned as well. All dishes can go through the dish machine but some do require an initial scrub. Other duties include taking out the last trash run of the evening, cleaning of the dish room, and detailing dish room floors before leaving. We close at 10 on the weekends and 9 on the weekdays. Typically our dish team is finished an hour or so after the restaurant closes.
