Position Overview: We are seeking a Nurse Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating IVF cycles with specific experience coordinating third party cases. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to support patients throughout their fertility journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors undergoing IVF treatment. Provide detailed explanations of procedures, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure a clear understanding of the treatment process.
- Cycle Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the IVF cycle, including scheduling appointments, coordinating with the medical team, and managing medication protocols. Ensure that all steps of the process are executed efficiently and in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including treatment plans, cycle progress, and outcomes. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, embryologists, and third-party agencies to ensure seamless integration of patient care and treatment. Facilitate effective communication among team members to address any issues or changes in patient care.
- Patient Education: Educate intended parents, surrogates and egg donors on IVF procedures, medication administration, and lifestyle recommendations. Knowledge of FDA laws pertaining to donors. Provide emotional support and resources to help patients navigate the challenges of infertility treatments.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IVF protocols and procedures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
- Administrative Duties: Work with team to ensure a smooth integration of insurance billing and patient care.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or Health Sciences is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an IVF Coordinator or in a similar role within a fertility clinic. Demonstrated knowledge of IVF protocols, patient care, and fertility treatments.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
