Community based behavioral health services agency is currently seeking an experienced LMHP Clinical Supervisor for its Mental Health Skill-Building Services Program. This is a part-time position. Days and Hours are flexible. You may call 804-446-6464 to inquire more about the position.
Qualifications:
- Must be a LMHP in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Have at least 1 year clinical experience working with adults.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates an ability to effectively work independently.
- Good Communication, time management, organizational and writing skills.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures staff completes all documentation according to standards in a timely manner.
- Responsible for providing assessments, service request authorizations, implementing treatment plans, and re-assessing clients’ needs for continued stay.
- Review reports (quarterlies, discharge summaries, etc.) to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Provide individual and group supervision that is documented by maintaining a supervision log sheet and note.
- Ensures staff receives all required trainings.
- Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements of the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) and the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS).
- Ensures all client files meet the requirements, regulations and policies of Caring Hearts, DMAS and DBHDS.
