About The Role
Studio 25 is looking for a Braider who combines creativity, precision, and professionalism to deliver beautiful, long-lasting styles while prioritizing the health of the client's natural hair. We value healthy hair, intentional styling, professionalism, and creating an experience that feels welcoming, relaxed, and elevated for every client who walks through the door.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys luxury natural hair care without the pressure of a traditional salon environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Performing a variety of braid styles, including knotless braids, box braids, feed-in braids, twists, and other styles
- Preparing, sectioning, and styling hair with attention to detail and consistency
- Educating clients on maintaining healthy hair and caring for their styles
- Creating a comfortable, professional, and enjoyable client experience
- Maintaining sanitation standards and a clean workstation
- Helping clients feel confident throughout their appointment
- Encouraging maintenance appointments and future bookings
What We're Looking For
- Experience with styling and braiding techniques
- Understanding of healthy natural hair practices
- Professionalism, reliability, and excellent client communication
- A calm, welcoming, and positive attitude
- Portfolio or social media showcasing your work preferred
