Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in neurological rehabilitation to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about working with adult and adolescent populations affected by brain injuries, strokes, and other neurological disorders.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations and treatment

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and clinical psychologists

Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards

Develop and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and patient needs

Communicate with patients, families, and caregivers to support carryover and understanding of therapy goals
Qualifications:

Current Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

At least 1 year of clinical experience working with neurological populations strongly preferred

Experience with cognitive-communication therapy and swallowing disorders (dysphagia)

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Schedule:

Part-time hours, with some flexibility based on patient needs and clinician availability
