Delivery Driver
Description: Becker Safety and Supply’s Delivery Driver is responsible for overseeing and managing all deliveries of products and orders from warehouse to retail locations and customer deliveries. The position requires the ability to learn quickly, multitask organization skills, and great communication skills. This position requires daily interactions with team members via phone/email and in person.
Job Summary
· 40 Hours Per Week (Monday – Friday)
· Works mostly in an independent position but communicates with other team members/vendors via phone/email and in person
· Reports to the Warehouse Coordinator
General Responsibilities
· Make Daily transfers of product/orders between warehouse and retail locations
· Ability to communicate objectives and performance outcomes
· Help Receiving Inbound Product from Vendors if needed
· Help Pick/Pack/Ship all orders if needed
· Help Stock Counts of Warehouse if needed
· Help Bin Replenishments at Warehouse if needed
· Local Deliveries
· Other Duties as Assigned.
Job Requirements and Skills
Requirements
· Education: High School Diploma or GED
· Ability to pass background check and drug test
· Clean Driving Record
· Experience: Preferred 2+ years of related experience
· Ability to work independently and in conjunction with team goals
· Ability to accurately count inventory
· Ability to learn and utilize multiple software platforms
· Ability to lift 75 lbs.
