Position Overview:
TOP PAY FOR TOP TALENT... We are looking for a high-preforming Landscape Supervisor who can take full ownership of field operations. This is not an entry-level leadership role - you must be confident running crews, managing jobs independently, and delivering clean, professional results without constant oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage crews of 5+
- Run projects start to finish independently
- Operate; Mini Skid Steer, Excavator, Dingo, and Lawn equipment
- Perform grading, drainage, and leveling
- Install and troubleshoot landscape lighting systems
- Install and repair irrigation systems
- Read and execute plans accurately
- Communicate with clients professionally
- Solve problems in the field
- Manage materials and workflow
- Assist with estimating and planning
- Train and develop new crew members
Qualifications
- 3+ Years experience as a crew leader a must
- Strong grading and site work experience
- 3+ Years equipment operation skills (excavator, skid steer, dingo) a must
- Must have Lighting and Irrigations installation and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read plans
- Strong Leadership and communication skills
- Must have Valid/Clean driver's license/record (CDL preferred)
- Bilingual a plus
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
