- Execute the Menu: Prepare and cook authentic Laotian, Thai, and Vietnamese dishes according to our precise recipes.
- Master the Plating: Memorize exact ingredients and presentation settings for consistent, beautiful plates across all three cuisines.
- Manage Your Station: Set up, prep, stock, and break down your cooking station efficiently.
- Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards of food presentation, portion control, and temperature.
- Adapt on the Fly: Stay flexible and adapt quickly to changing situations and fast ticket rushes during service.
- Prioritize Safety: Follow all food health and safety regulations, keeping a clean and sanitized workspace.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook. Experience in Asian cuisine is a major plus!
- Language Skills: Must be able to read and understand food order tickets in English. Being able to speak Spanish, Thai, or Lao as a first or second language is a huge plus!
- Stamina & Kitchen Resilience: Proven ability to withstand heat in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment.
- Memory & Detail: Strong memory to remember ingredient specifications and plating setups perfectly.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods.
- Schedule: Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
