Gypsy Sol is a brand-new restaurant and cocktail destination inside Uncommoner Hotel — a vibrant, upscale small-plate concept inspired by travel, ritual, fire, spice, and hospitality culture. We’re building something unique on Cape Cod: elevated food and beverage in an energetic, design-forward atmosphere focused on experience as much as execution.
We are looking for passionate Line Cooks to join our opening team and grow with us from the beginning.
Prepare and execute upscale small plates with consistency and attention to detail
Work cleanly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Assist with prep, station setup, service execution, and breakdown
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team to create a strong service culture
Contribute positive energy and professionalism during service
Some cooking or kitchen experience preferred
Passion for food, hospitality, and learning
Ability to work nights, weekends, and busy services
Strong work ethic and willingness to grow
Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
Ability to stay organized under pressure
