- Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm: $20.44/hour
- Monday–Friday 3:00pm–11:00pm: $21.94/hour
- Monday–Friday 11:00pm–7:00am: $22.44/hour
Requirements for the MIG Welder
- Previous welding experience preferred
- Must pass a weld test
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
MIG Welder Responsibilities
- Perform welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance on heavy-duty suspension parts
- Complete manual welding and operate robotic weld cells
- Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
- Meet daily production and quality standards
