What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert, compassionate nursing care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
- Conduct meaningful, holistic assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and deliver personalized care plans alongside a supportive, interdisciplinary team.
- Be a trusted presence for patients and families, offering education, emotional support, and guidance through the end-of-life process.
- Monitor and adjust care plans to ensure optimal comfort and peace for every patient.
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, aides, and volunteers to provide seamless, wraparound care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support excellent care delivery.
Who You Are:
- A Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in good standing.
- Experienced in Hospice Care
- Passionate about hospice or end-of-life care (prior hospice experience is a plus—but heart and compassion matter most).
- Skilled in clinical care, communication, and collaboration.
- Calm, empathetic, and respectful—even in challenging situations.
- Able to work independently, yet thrive within a team-centered approach.

Pay: $36.00 - $60.00 per hour
