General Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner, providing suggestions of products or services that might be of interest.
- Pour mead for guests.
- Be knowledgeable about current mead list, product offerings, and services.
- Create and mix cocktails per instructions.
- Use POS system to conduct guest transactions, packing mead safely, applying appropriate discounts if applicable, upselling if possible, and taking payment.
- Prepare tasting room and shop for service, including, but not limited to washing glasses, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, wiping countertops, trash, recycling, etc.
- Stock and organize mead and non-mead merchandise as instructed by Manager.
- Additional tasks as needed.
Shift runs from 1130am-530pm, currently open Fri, Sat.
