The Role
As a Primary Co-Teacher, you will be part of a dynamic three-teacher team, working alongside another co-teacher and an outdoor environment teacher. Together, you will guide children ages 3–6 in a rich, engaging Montessori environment that supports academic, social, and emotional growth. This is a highly collaborative role for educators who value teamwork, reflection, and continuous growth. Montessori interns or Montessori trained assistants are also encouraged to apply.
